European Wind Investments acquires wind farms from Eolus Vind

Danish wind power company European Wind Investments A/S has acquired two wind farms in Sweden from Eolus Vind AB (publ) with a total capacity of approximately 24 MW. The transaction comprises one wind farm consisting of five wind turbines to be established in Lerkaka, Borgholm, and one wind farm consisting of seven wind turbines to be established in Stensåsa, Vetlanda.

European Wind Investments A/S was advised by Mannheimer Swartling and the Danish law firm Plesner in the transaction. Peter Linderoth was the responsible partner at Mannheimer Swartling and the firm’s team was led by Per Åsbrink, assisted primarily by Anna Bergviken, Anna Bryngelsson, Tom Carlsson and Therese Strömshed.
