Com Hem listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm

Com Hem has been admitted to trading on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Large Cap on 17 June 2014. The company raised a total SEK 5.7 billion by offering the public in Sweden and qualified institutional buyers in Sweden and abroad to subscribe for newly issued shares. The company’s current owner, funds advised by BC Partners, remain principal shareholders and do not sell any shares in the offering.

When the trading commenced, the company was valued to SEK 12 billion with a final price in the offering of SEK 58 per share. In addition, a primary over allotment option of not more than 10 per cent of the offering has been granted by the company.

J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Nordea are joint global coordinators and joint book-runners in the offering and Carnegie is joint book-runner in the offering.

The joint global coordinators have been advised by Mannheimer Swartling as to Swedish law in the offering. The firm’s team has consisted of Patrik Marcelius and Gustaf Hygrell and, primarily, Martin Gynnerstedt and Emil Albihn Henriksson.
