Cegedim acquires the Nomi Group

Mannheimer Swartling has assisted Cegedim S.A. in connection with its acquisition of the Nomi Group from Bisnode AB. The Nomi Group provides different data bases and CRM-tools to the Nordic pharmaceutical industry.

Cegedim is a technology and services company specializing in the healthcare field. Cegedim employs 8,200 people in more than 80 countries and had a turnover of EUR 849 million in 2008. Cegedim offers IT-tools, specialized software, data flow management services and databases. Cegedim provide their services to customers in the health and pharmaceutical industry and to health professionals and insurance companies.

Adam Green was responsible for the transaction and primarily assisted by Christopher Arkbrant and Tobias Bergström. In addition, Martin Nilsson was responsible for tax matters, assisted by Henrik Wiebe. Erica Wiking Häger was responsible for data protection issues and assisted by Frida Fexler.
