Castellum acquires properties from GE Real Estate and Egeryds Fastigheter
Castellum subsidiary Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has acquired properties in Uppsala and Örebro from GE Real Estate AB and Egeryds Fastigheter AB, respectively. The three properties comprise approximately 26,000 square metres of office and retail space with a total underlying property value of SEK 260 million.
Aspholmen Fastigheter, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Castellum, has a strong presence in Sweden’s Mälardalen region and currently owns approximately 115 commercial properties with a total lettable area of approximately 516,000 square metres. Castellum is one of the major listed Swedish real estate companies with a real estate portfolio valued at approximately SEK 30 billion. The company’s share is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
