Bufab acquires Flos
Bufab Holding has acquired Flos, a leading Dutch C Parts and components supplier.
Bufab is a trading company that offers its customers a full-service solution as supply chain partner for sourcing, quality control and logistics for C-Parts (screws, nuts, etc.). The Group has operations in 23 countries and approximately 800 employees. Bufab’s sales for 2014 amounted to approximately SEK 2.2 billion. The Bufab share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Flos’ product range includes both fasteners and special mechanical components. The company is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and recorded net sales in 2014 of around EUR 17 million.
Bufab was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Hans Petersson, primarily assisted by Teresa Hellmo Fahlander and Erik Hensfelt.
