Axel Johnson International divests AxMediTec to Indutrade

Mannheimer Swartling has advised Axel Johnson International on the divestment of AxMediTec to Indutrade subsidiary EssMed.

AxMediTec is a Swedish technology sales company specialising in medical technology equipment and operating in Poland. The company has annual revenues of approximately SEK 70 million and 53 employees. The divesture of AxMediTec completes a restructuring of Axel Johnson International into four business divisions. AxMediTec will be included in Indutrade’s Industrial Components business area.

Martin Ericsson was responsible for the matter and was assisted mainly by Jenny Brandt, Caroline Karlsson and Emilia Hempel. Anders Erasmie was responsible for tax issues, assisted by Matthias Frost.
