Autoliv announces offerings to raise $350 million
Autoliv has been advised by Mannheimer Swartling on matters concerning Swedish securities law and the Swedish securities market in connection with its offerings of common stock and equity units totalling $350 million. Autoliv plans to offer approximately $200 million in the form of common stock and $150 million in the form of equity units in underwritten public offerings in the U.S.
Autoliv is the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, with annual sales in 2008 of approximately $6.5 billion and facilities in 31 vehicle-producing countries. Autoliv's shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and under Swedish Depository Receipts on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
