Akelius divests residential property portfolio to BroGripen
The Swedish property group Akelius has agreed to divest a portfolio of residential properties in Enköping, Sweden to BroGripen. The portfolio comprises three properties consisting of approximately 465 apartments and 400 parking spaces.
The BroGripen group is a privately owned property group, which acquires, manages and develops residential properties in attractive locations in Sweden.
The Akelius group is a privately owned property group with origins in Sweden.
Akelius was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team included Magnus Josefsson, Niklas Svantesson and Moa Molin.
