3i divests Ålö to Altor
3i has divested Ålö, a global leader in agricultural front loaders, to Altor for SEK 2.2 billion.
3i is an international leader in private equity focusing on buyouts, growth capital and infrastructure and invests across Europe, Asia and North America. Ålö is a global leader in developing and producing front loaders with associated equipment. Ålö develops and manages four independent and market leading brands, Quicke, Trima, VETO and Force. The group has sales companies in eight countries and factories in five countries.
