Practice groupDispute Resolution

Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution group is the leading practice in the Nordic region and ranked top tier globally.

Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution practice represent clients, regardless of nationality or applicable law, in any and all matters arising from commercial disputes, such as early dispute assessment, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution. Our experience from arbitrations under the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) is unparalleled, but we also have extensive experience from arbitrations under various other rules and institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, ICDR, DIS, HKIAC, CIETAC, ICAC, UNCITRAL and ICSID.

The group has extensive experience of commercial disputes within all industries and fields of business, and consists of about 70 lawyers in all of our offices in Sweden as well as in our offices in China, Russia and Germany. Most members in the group deal with both arbitration and litigation. A specialised group is devoted to disputes involving international investments.
