Practice groupBanking and Finance

Mannheimer Swartling’s Banking and Finance group is deeply engaged in the Swedish financial market. We assist clients in developing new structures and financial instruments, and continuously monitor market and regulatory issues.

The group’s lawyers are active in Swedish and international trade organisations, such as the Swedish Bankers’ Association. We co-operate closely with selected law firms in the Nordic and Baltic regions, which has led to establishing common principles for multi-jurisdictional transactions. These enable efficient working relationships and the ability to take joint instructions. Read more about our Financial Regulation group.
