Quality and Risk Management

The Quality and Risk Management department has central responsibility for the firm’s operative work on ethics, regulatory compliance and complaints management. A large part of the department’s work is advising the firm’s lawyers and assistants, as well as training and process development, with IT support. The department is responsible for drafting, developing and communicating internal policies, ethical rules, procedures and sustainability-based evaluation of these things.
