China passes new anti-foreign sanction law

The Standing Committee of China’s National People’s Congress passed on 10 June 2021 the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law (the “Law”), which codifies certain retaliatory measures against individuals and organisations who are listed in a Counter List.
