4. About personal data

Via Mannheimer Swartling’s website it is possible to subscribe, amongst other things, to legal newsletters, make job applications and to join the alumni club. If you choose to subscribe to a newsletter, join the alumni club or submit an application electronically, you will be asked to submit certain personal data. Mannheimer Swartling, or the party which Mannheimer Swartling engages, will process the personal data in order to administer your subscription, membership or application. More detailed information regarding the processing of personal data in conjunction with recruitment and the alumni club can be found on each respective page on the website. The data may be used for marketing purposes and in conjunction with market surveys.

Furthermore, if you register yourself, a colleague and/or someone who will accompany you to a seminar or similar event organized by Mannheimer Swartling, you will be asked to provide certain personal information to arrange participation. 5. About cookies
