Mannheimer Swartling has advised Teracom in its acquisition of 30 per cent of the shares in Boxer TV Access AB from the private equity firm 3i. After the acquisition, Boxer TV Access AB will be wholly owned by Teracom. Boxer markets, distributes and administers TV channels within the terrestrial digital broadcasting networks.
