SKF was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in its acquisition of PEER Bearing Company and its bearing manufactures in China and Thailand. PEER sells primarily to the North American market and will become a wholly-owned subsidiary in the SKF Group. The factories acquired in China are situated in Xinchang and Changshan. The factory in Thailand is situated in Rayong. PEER's main sales organisation is located in Illinois, USA.
