Lehman Brother's IT and systems development operations in Sweden have been transferred as part of the Japanese bank Nomura's acquisition of part of the investment bank Lehman Brothers. The transfer is part of the global liquidation of Lehman Brothers in the wake of the financial crisis. The transaction is subject to the official receiver's approval.
Mannheimer Swartling advised Nomura. The team was lead by Martin Ericsson and Henric Diefke, who were assisted by Sara Karlberg, Isabella Frost Szabo, Marie Sjöberg and Peter Jonsson, among others.
