KFF Realestate Holding AB, a company owned by KF Fastigheter AB, has acquired shares in Nynäspark AB.
KFF Realestate Holding AB and NGL Construction 8 AB will through Nynäspark AB, jointly create a trade area with everyday commodities, specialized trade, shopping goods and other services in the former factories of LM Ericssons in Nynäshamn. The trade area is estimated to be fully developed at the end of year 2009.
The partner responsible for the matter was Klas Wennström, assisted by Katarina Bjelkow Rössel, Daniel Jönsson and Sara Liljedahl.
