Global Eiendom Utbetaling Norge 2007 AS has been advised by Mannheimer Swartling in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of mainly residential properties located in Munich. The purchase price for the portfolio amounted to about EUR 25,000,000.
The Mannheimer Swartling team consisted of Maria Wolleh, who was mainly assisted by Kirstin Ulrich and Thilo Schulz. Zoran Stambolovski was responsible for the financing together with Mikael Harstad, Verena Behnke and Morten Simm. Jürgen Busch and Meike Johnsen handled competition law issues.
