Systemair has completed its previously announced acquisition of Ventrade, a Russian ventilation and air conditioning company.
Systemair AB is a leading ventilation company with operations in 40 countries and sales of SEK 3.2 billion in financial 2009/10. The company’s share is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Ventrade, one of Systemair’s biggest customers in Russia, is headquartered in Moscow and has sales offices and warehouses in 11 cities. In 2010, the company had sales of approximately SEK 290 million and currently has 200 employees.
Systemair was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Victor Topadze, primarily assisted by Vera Gorbacheva and Dmitry Gorbatov.
