Our People

Ulf Ohrling is active in the firm’s offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. He is a Swedish lawyer with over 25 years of experience and has worked in China since 2004.

Ulf has extensive knowledge of the Chinese business climate and legal environment and is an experienced advisor on cross-borders mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and IT law.

Ulf is chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and has earlier been a director of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China. He is active in the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and has served as Chairman of its Cross-Border Investment Committee.
