Our People

Ulf Ohrling is active in the firm’s offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. He is a Swedish lawyer with over 25 years of experience and has worked in China since 2004.

Ulf has extensive knowledge of the Chinese business climate and legal environment and is an experienced advisor on company establishment in China and negotiations with Chinese parties. Ulf specializes in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and IT law. Ulf is chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and has earlier been a director of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China. He is active in the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and has been Chairman of its Cross-Border Investment Committee.

Ulf Ohrling and Thomas Lagerqvist have summarized their insights and experiences of doing business in China in the book "Quotations from a China Practice", published 2011.
