Thomas Lagerqvist

Senior Counsel

Thomas Lagerqvist specialises in M&A and corporate, intellectual property and international trade law. Thomas has focused on China for the last 20 years. He provides advice and assistance on structuring projects, contract negotiations and contract drafting and advises on intellectual property law issues and the formulation of IP strategies for China. With more than 20 years experience in China-related matters, Thomas Lagerqvist has both a broad knowledge and practical experience of China and an ability to find legally practicable, creative solutions to the problems that are frequently encountered in connection with investments and business relations in China. His industrial knowledge and expertise span the range of Swedish industries that are represented in China.

Thomas Lagerqvist and Ulf Ohrling have summarized their insights and experiences of doing business in China in the book "Quotations from a China Practice", published 2011.
