Oliver has been active in Germany and Sweden as a corporate/mergers and acquisitions lawyer since 1995, mainly assisting European clients in cross-border transactions, including Asia. However, Oliver has a broad general commercial law background and over the years Oliver has worked in many different industries, including automotive, chemical, pulp & paper, security and receivables management. Oliver is a member of two of the Firm’s industry groups: Private Equity and Automotive. He has been representative of the Shanghai office since 2007 and Resident Partner since 2009.
