Oliver Cleblad mainly works within the Merger & Acquisitions and Corporate Commercial practice groups. He has extensive experience in advising industrial and financial investors on acquisitions/divestments and joint ventures, as well as industrial clients on commercial agreements (in particular distribution and sales agreements), with focus on cross-border transactions. Further, he regularly counsels in corporate law matters, including corporate governance issues. Oliver Cleblad has mainly advised clients in the engineering, automotive and railway industry. Since 2012, Oliver Cleblad is head of the firm´s Frankfurt office.
