Niklas Sjöblom is chairman of Mannheimer Swartling’s Intellectual Property, Marketing and Media (IMM) practice group and he heads IT, Telecommunications and Technology (ITT) industry sector group in Western Sweden. He specializes in intellectual property, marketing, media, IT, telecom and technology. His work includes preparing and negotiating contracts, disputes and generally advising on these areas, both for Swedish and international clients. Furthermore, Niklas specialises in public procurement concerning IT-procurement, representing both public and private actors, partly before courts, in connection with public procurement and in any subsequent appeals.
