Bo Söderberg is chairman of the Corporate Commercial practice group and of the IT, Telecommunications and Technology (ITT) industry sector group. In addition, he is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Bo Söderberg has extensive experience of outsourcing, industrial co-operations, joint ventures and other commercial agreements within the IT and telecommunications sector as well as other sectors. Furthermore, he has advised clients in connection with a large number of mergers and acquisitions over the years and continues to have an extensive practice in this area.
