Our Russian offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg primarily act for large Scandinavian and Northern European companies, investors and banks active on the Russian market. We have had a presence in Russia since 1990 and over the years we have acquired substantial experience in all aspects of Russian commercial law.
Our lawyers in Russia work primarily in the fields of M&A and corporate, real estate, banking and finance, competition, and litigation and arbitration. The Russian operations are run from two full-service Russian offices (Moscow and St. Petersburg) and employ about forty Russian, Swedish and German lawyers. The Russian practice is fully integrated in the firm and benefits from the entire firm’s experience and expertise.
In addition, there are several Swedish lawyers who practise Russian law at our Swedish offices and work closely with the lawyers in Russia, predominantly in arbitration matters.
We recruit Russian lawyers who are interested in pursuing an international career in one of our Russian offices. As an applicant, you should have an excellent academic record and be fluent in English.
