Constant evaluation and development of our strategies and methods enables us to utilise, develop and share know-how and experiences internally. Above all, it allows us to focus on individual development. Our internal mentorship programmes facilitates exchange and networking between practice groups and offices. Their purpose is to make use of the knowledge and experience which exist internally and to promote personal and professional development. The programmes for junior and senior associates run annually and include both individual meetings with the mentor and plenary sessions which include external consultants and motivational speakers and coaches.
