Knowledge Management

The Knowledge Management department focuses primarily on firm-wide training, knowledge management and business development.

In order to meet the need for continual competence development and to provide practical and bespoke training, the firm invests considerable resources in an ambitious training programme and other forms of education.

The department, supported by the firms IT-department also work with knowledge management and other business development. It is responsible for managing and developing, for example, our intranet and business intelligence systems and other tools and services which increase efficiency and improve the quality of the firm’s practice. The department is also responsible for the firm’s considerable number of external online services with Swedish and foreign information. By way of data bases, one of the country’s largest business law libraries, the Knowledge Management department ensures that all employees receive the information they need. 

The firm also has a number of Professional Development Lawyers (PDLs) and Paralegals. These work on business development in their respective practice and industry sector groups, training issues in their respective areas and identification, collection, development and dissemination of all the knowledge created in the organisation.

The head of the Knowledge Management department has overall responsibility for knowledge management in the firm. 

Elisabet Dahlman Löfgren  is head of Training and Knowledge Department.
